HOW TO PAY YOUR REGISTRATION FEE
PAYMENT INFORMATION
PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD #1:
Pay online through Zeffy using a bank account, a debit card, or a credit card.

ONLINE PAYMENT IS FAST AND HELPFUL! Zeffy charges us zero fees, so this is our favorite option!
NOTE: Zeffy is great and easy to use! But if you do happen to run into a tech issue, read this.
PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD #2:
Mail a check written to "Southern Vermont Traditional Music" (or "SVTM"). Send it to: RJR Registration, 1279 Hinesburg Road, Brattleboro, VT 05301.

DAY PASSES:
Sat - $150 (includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, daytime activities, evening activities, evening snack)
Sun - $100 (includes breakfast and lunch, daytime activities)
SATURDAY CONCERT+DINNER+DANCE TICKET ONLY
(do not purchase if you are registering for the full weekend or a day pass)
(includes 4:00 pm concert, followed by 6:00 dinner, followed by 7:30 contra dancing)

DORM RESERVATION KEY DEPOSITS:
To reserve your dorm and receive your key at check-in, you must MAIL US A PHYSICAL CHECK for $75 for EACH KEY. Checks should be written out to "SVTM" and postmarked by Thursday 8/21. This check will be returned to you uncashed when you return your key to us at the end of the Romp on Sunday.

(You can include a separate check in the same envelope with your registration fee if you are paying by check. Your dorm key check must be separate. You must submit a different $75 check for each person in your household who needs a dorm key.)
REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your registration by email and receive a full refund up to a month before the Romp. Last-minute cancellations that are specifically in compliance with our COVID/illness policy will be processed within one month of the Romp.
