2025 COVID / HEALTH POLICY

OUR COVID POLICY WAS LAST REVIEWED on 4/1/2025

Masks are not required but always respected. Vaccinations are not required. There may be up to 200 people participating at the Romp. Many activities will be held indoors.

Please DO NOT come to the Romp if you have any COVID-like symptoms or signs of other communicable illness, or if you test positive for COVID or flu in the week before the Romp (even without symptoms).

If you test positive for COVID, have COVID symptoms, or have been exposed within the week before the Romp to a household member who has COVID, you may withdraw your registration with a full refund.

If anyone develops symptoms of illness while attending, we expect them to isolate from the group, notify an organizer, and leave promptly.

We may update this policy at any time based on current and forecasted conditions related to COVID or other health concerns.
