FRIDAY, SATURDAY, or SUNDAY-ONLY PARTICIPANTS
If you're attending just for the evening on Friday, or just for the day on Saturday or Sunday, we will be very glad to have you with us! Please park in the Visitor Lot and visit the check-in table in the Dining Hall when you arrive. You can leave your car in the Visitor Lot. If you need accessible parking, let us know in advance and we can arrange it.
If you are joining us on Friday evening, registration is from 4:00-5:30. Sign in, grab your nametag, greet some new friends, and join the jamming (or start a jam if it hasn't happened yet). Dinner begins promptly at 6:00 pm. We feel strongly that meals are one of the very best times to connect with others and grow closer as a community.
If you are joining us on Saturday or Sunday, you're welcome to join us for hot breakfast beginning at 7:30 am. If a slow morning is more your style, you'll at least want to check in before the first workshop begins at 9:00 am. But we hope you will join us early enough to participate in breakfast, even if it's just to grab a cup of coffee and visit for a bit before the first workshop begins. There will be announcements made in the last 15 minutes of breakfast that you won't want to miss!
BREAKFAST: 7:30-8:45 (Saturday, Sunday)
LUNCH: 12:00-1:00 (Saturday, Sunday)
DINNER: 6:00-7:00 (Friday, Saturday)
